This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of Singapore's para athletes ahead of hosting the ASEAN Para Games 2029.
The successful candidate will manage full athlete journeys from talent identification through to elite competition representation.
You will serve as the primary liaison between the council, National Sports Associations, and international federations to ensure high-performance outcomes.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Manage para sport athlete development pathways
Develop quadrennial performance plans for APG29
Coordinate team travel and competition entries
Liaise with National Sports Associations and federations
Monitor athlete qualification standards and classification
Nice-to-have
Experience working with persons with disabilities
Knowledge of WADA anti-doping requirements
Background in sports science or coaching
Strong stakeholder management skills
Commitment to inclusive sport participation
Key Requirements
Degree in Sports Science or related field preferred
At least 3 years experience in high performance sport administration
Working knowledge of IPC classification and international federation rules
