Mercy Hospital’s 4A Transitional Care and Discharge Unit is a 12-bed unit that will be opening permanently to reduce Emergency Department holding and to promote better throughput.
As an RN on the team, you will deliver exceptional care throughout the patient care journey, interacting directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience, provide healthcare education as needed, and ensure that they are equipped to leave the hospital care setting.
