Job Summary
The Field Service Technician is accountable for system installation, commissioning, and customer support, reviewing and resolving warranty claims and assisting customers with non-warranty issues.
Responsibilities include installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and analyzing Eos commercial BESS as well as third-party products, utilizing company provided Field Service and Work Order Management tools.
The role requires regular work with high voltage DC electricity, three-phase power, and relevant BESS software, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 100% of working time.
