Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
  • 8-12 years Lean/continuous improvement experience
  • Fluency in local language and English negotiation level
  • 10% domestic and international travel
  • Work authorization for US employment
  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt preferred
