  • You'll play a crucial role in delivering necessary HVAC and infrastructure projects for the Clinical Next Generation Sequencing Division manufacturing suite.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field with 5+ years of experience
  • Advanced Degree with 3+ years experience
  • Professional certifications in facilities or engineering are a plus
  • Facilities management or technical operations in an FDA-regulated environment
  • Capital project execution and vendor management
  • Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
  • Experience with CMMS and building automation systems
  • Proven project management capabilities for complex infrastructure projects
  • Experience with capital planning and budget management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of GMP and quality systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • GMP and regulatory training preferred
  • Knowledge of EHS regulations
  • Ability to support emergency response/on-call as needed
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
