Assists with managing various production activities including planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
Executes the assigned work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with Hitachi standard processes and safety guidelines, including disconnector installation and factory acceptance tests.
Supervises a team of employees in the execution of tasks for an assigned area of responsibility, including performance reviews and ensuring coordination of work assignments.
