  • Define and evolve Crunchyroll’s membership strategy, tiers, and benefits, using audience insights and segmentation to guide decisions and evaluate pricing across regions and tiers.
  • Partner with teams across e-commerce, events, games, manga, and partnerships to create a connected fan experience and support regional strategy with clear data and investment guidance.
