Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years building data systems in finance
  • Production experience with AI agents and LLMs
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data models
  • Python expertise for data engineering and automation
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar modern warehouses

Nice-to-have

  • Fintech or real estate tech industry background
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights or NetSuite
  • Background in financial planning and analysis
  • Knowledge of LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks
  • Ability to build semantic layers for natural language

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or data engineering
  • Proven track record deploying AI agents in production
  • Must be based within 50 miles of downtown Toronto office
  • Required on-site presence 4 days per week
