Job Summary

• The In Suite Dining Order Taker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking guest in-suite dining orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and coordinate deliver of orders, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders via phone or in-person, record covers, handle special orders and check for out of stock items.
