Job Summary
This position provides leadership, management, direction, and vision to software engineers and/or development employees including offshore contractors/consultants and interns needed to support, run, and change activities in the software development life cycle.
The position works closely with development peers, product and project leaders/managers across CEMEA, and other in-house software developers as well as directs the successful completion and delivery of Agentic AI based components and any other related deliverables.

Key Requirements
12+ years of Software Development experience
5+ years of management experience
BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
