leading role within agile team

Key Requirements
Outstanding software engineering skills
practical experience with modern SDLC
practical experience with cloud technologies
Practical knowledge of architectural and system design topics
General familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning technology
professional application such as MLOps or LLM-powered services is a plus
Experience in financial institutions or other highly regulated environments is a plus
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
