Job Summary
The Coordinator performs secretarial and administrative assignments to support continuity of medical staff activities by managing schedules, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, and conference calls.
Responsibilities include providing clerical support for the President of the Medical Staff and Medical Executive Committee, assisting with communication to the medical staff, and serving as a resource for departmental inquiries.
Key duties involve producing credentialing reports, processing appointments and renewals, and managing medical staff annual dues and quality evaluations.
