Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
  • Essential duties include administrative functions such as maintaining employee records, scheduling, reporting, and assisting with employee forms and inquiries.
  • The role also involves committee functions, personnel assistance, staff development support, safety and sanitation awareness, equipment and supply management, and budget and planning reporting.
