Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Perform administrative duties including charting, documentation, drug administration, and personnel management to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation protocols, and care plan assessments to maintain a safe and effective healthcare environment.
