ANSER is seeking a Senior Economic Security Advisor to provide subject matter expertise in safeguarding the Defense Industrial Base. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in economic security advising, policy assessments, and risk management

Job Summary

  • Provide subject matter expertise to advance GIES’s mission of protecting the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), supporting CFIUS, 1260H List, domestic M&A antitrust reviews, outbound investment, and international engagement.
  • Conduct due diligence and fact-finding research independently to evaluate foreign participation risks to communications, network resiliency, supply chains, personal data, and cybersecurity.
  • Prepare reports, analytic summaries, and policy recommendations for senior leadership, and lead technologically focused research and analysis initiatives.
