The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any suspected violations promptly.
This role requires cooperation with nursing personnel and other facility staff to ensure services meet the needs of residents.

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
