The Ops Sup Sr. Manager is responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to provide operations support services.
Responsibilities include managing professional teams, conducting performance evaluations, creating budgets, and applying in-depth knowledge of how areas integrate within the sub function.
This role requires the employee to work in US shifts (night shifts in IST) and has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

Key Requirements
18-20 years of experience
Financial Services Industry background
Extensive knowledge of Banking operations
Working knowledge of Commercial Liability Account Opening
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
Ability to work under pressure
Proven organization and time management skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
