Salary
Base: $44,400.00 - $74,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO

Read and interpret blueprints
Operate autoclave and hydraulic presses
Apply liquid or solid bonding agents
Perform moderate strenuous physical work

Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED
2-4 years composite fabrication experience
DoD Secret Security Clearance required to start
