You will translate company and plant strategy into strong operational objectives, build and develop a cohesive and high-performing team, and optimize production processes focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, OEE, and cost control.

Key Requirements
Master's degree in Bio-engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Industrial Sciences, or equivalent experience
Experience with project management

Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
Demonstrable leadership experience, preferably in a 24/7 process or production environment
