Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for managing daily operations at the site and ensuring that all technical services are as per client’s requirements.
  • Overseeing all building systems including fire/life safety, MEP and all critical utilities, and implementing and maintaining sustainable practices in line with GRIHA, WELL, and BSC guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical /Civil /Marine Engineering OR equivalent
  • Min 8 to 12 years of working experience in Facility Industry /Mall/Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry
  • Capacity to multitask efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
