Job Summary
Lead the strategic implementation and governance of AI initiatives within Operations, ensuring AI systems are risk‑tiered, controlled, and supported by robust operating procedures to protect customer outcomes and operational integrity.
Drive the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Operations AI governance and control framework across the AI lifecycle, including establishing risk classification and maintaining AI use case inventory/registration.
Lead training and awareness initiatives to strengthen AI literacy and governance competence across stakeholders and coordinate ongoing monitoring expectations.
