JLL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor fluent in English, German, and Polish to drive recruitment strategies across the EMEA region. The role requires a generalist recruitment background and experience in improving hiring processes, primarily within the real estate and technology sectors

Job Summary

  • Own talent acquisition strategy and delivery for EMEA region across Technology, Marketing, Outsourcing Services, Property Development Services, and Tetris Design.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers (up to C-Level) across EMEA and globally, drive pipeline velocity, volume, diversity, and conversion rates, and coach stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
