  • Identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns and estimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.
  • Write accurate repair orders & estimates using ProfitNet ADP and utilizing the three major estimating systems: Pathways, Mitchell, Audatex.
