Associate Level: $79,050 – $106,950; Experienced Level: $96,050 – $129,950; Lead Level: $118,150 – $159,850; Variable compensation and benefits included

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
  • 1+ years experience in ground and/or flight test environments
  • Experience creating and documenting test plans and procedures
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically
  • Willingness to obtain U.S. Security Clearance

Nice-to-have

  • Active U.S. Security Clearance for which Government requires Citizenship
  • Familiarity with flight test instrumentation and data acquisition systems
  • Knowledge of aircraft certification and regulatory processes
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams
