Job Summary

  • Lead the development and enterprise deployment of Thermo Fisher’s organizational design, and team effectiveness strategies, tools and processes.
  • Design and deploy scalable AI Agents, toolkits, frameworks, and resources that elevate organizational effectiveness, including recommendations for enabling technologies.
  • Partner with Talent Leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to build their capability through training, ensuring readiness before transitioning practices to self-service.
