Job Summary

  • The Patient Care Assistant (PCA)-FIT is a member of the hospital wide internal float-pool that serves multiple unit/departments under the Loma Linda University Health-Murrieta (LLUMC-Murrieta).
  • Serves as a proficient team member and works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform direct and indirect age-specific and developmentally appropriate care that provides a safe, comfortable and healing environment.
  • Candidates must understand and embrace the mission, purpose, and identity of Loma Linda and its affiliated entities.
