The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining detailed charts, participating in quality assurance programs, and managing resident admissions and discharges.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of PCC preferred
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
