The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules, assisting with employee orientation, and reporting staffing issues to the Director of Nursing Services.
This role requires maintaining confidentiality, participating in facility committees, and ensuring compliance with safety and administrative policies.
