Haleon is seeking a Process Safety Specialist to join their Environment, Health and Safety department, responsible for developing and implementing the Process Safety Management (PSM) program. The ideal candidate will have a background in occupational health and safety or engineering, with 4-6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry

Job Summary

  • An incumbent would be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining the site’s Process Safety Management (PSM) program, ensuring that all processes involving hazardous materials or energy are designed, operated, and maintained safely.
  • The role provides technical leadership, risk assessment expertise, and governance to prevent loss‑of‑containment events, fires, explosions, and other process-related incidents.
  • Our hybrid model allows employees to work from the office three days per week, with the option to work from home as needed.
