** BP is seeking a Jv Operations & HSE Manager for their Abu Dhabi operations, focusing on aligning joint venture strategies with regional objectives and enhancing sustainability efforts. Job Summary

  • Involved in the development of the NOJV strategy to ensure it remains aligned with the Regional bp strategy and collaborating closely with the respective JVs to ensure that the NOJV is still in line with the overall JVs strategy.
  • Instigate periodic Exposure Management reviews to test that new exposures to bp are identified, and exposure management actions are on track and effective, and receive, review, and appropriately discuss HSE performance data with the operator.
  • Serve as the key relationship point of contact regarding Operations, Facilities, and HSE for the JVs, ensuring the NOJV COE posture model is applied to understand bp’s position in the JVs.
