Job Summary

• Assess and monitor supplier engineering health, drive supplier performance and compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve technical and process issues.
• Collaborate with teams in the development, analysis, management and compliance verification of process and product baselines of complex products.
• Develops, integrates and implements engineering technical program plans including impacts, risks and incorporation of lessons learned spanning multiple engineering functions.

Associate (Level 2): $80,750 - $109,250; Mid-Level (Level 3): $111,350 – $150,650; Senior (Level 4): $135,150 – $182,850; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
