Key Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design
• Proven ability to independently execute on complex design problems
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools
• Experience applying human-centered design methods end-to-end
• Ability to synthesize research and translate insights into design solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong content design and writing skills
