  • Our General Managers work strategically to maximize their store revenue and efficiently manage all aspects of sales and merchandising.
  • Hire, develop, lead, and motivate the team through effective performance coaching, feedback, and training.

Salary

Base: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Quarterly based bonus plan, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards; Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with 4% company match, Commuter benefits up to $150/month
