The Residential Liaison is responsible for ensuring a wonderful owner experience while providing excellent customer service.
The role requires strong concierge and project management skills, ability to multitask, creativity, problem solving skills and be able to work independently.
This position will also work very closely with outside vendors, contractors and engineering during owner renovations or maintenance work.

Key Requirements
Minimum of two years' experience in a luxury hotel
Minimum of two years' experience in customer service
College Degree preferred

Dependable and available to work weekends, possibly nights and/or holidays
