Key Requirements
Project Lead on projects with $80M aggregate or $120M single volume
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience
At least 10 years of experience in Core & Shell construction with completed interiors
Working knowledge of construction disciplines, union agreements, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations
Specific experience building concrete hi-rise properties ($50M-$150M) and renovation experience
Thorough understanding of industry and New York Metro market
