Daily tasks include reviewing active job boards, updating the sourcing database, contacting leads for pre-screening, and communicating with candidates regarding their recruiting process.
The role involves analyzing competitor approaches to talent attraction to provide informed inputs for the internal Sourcing Strategy and supporting initiatives to monitor competitor strategy.
