  • Proficiency in repairing internal combustion engines
  • Proficient use of DMMs, oscilloscopes, and Megohmmeters
  • Ability to read/interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Experienced in tracking government-owned property
  • Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctions quickly
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues
  • Capable of performing independent service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
