Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
  • 3-5 years post-graduation industry experience
  • HPLC/UPLC, LC/MS, DLS, DSC, TGA, DVS, PXRD
  • Formulation of poorly soluble compounds including PROTACs
  • Amorphous solid dispersion and lipid-based formulation

Nice-to-have

  • Modeling and simulation predictions for oral absorption
  • Experience with oligonucleotides and RNA-based therapeutics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of scientific publications and patents
  • Willingness to acquire new technologies

Key Requirements

  • PhD degree required with minimum 3 years experience
  • Or MS degree with minimum 7 years experience
