Job Summary

  • Offer integrated solutions, products, and services from the Johnson Controls HVAC portfolio, attending to existing accounts and growing the customer base through market prospecting and territory expansion.
  • Develop and prospect HVAC market clients and contractors, quoting integral systems, equipment, and components for end-users in the corporate and industrial sectors, while managing documentation for bids.
  • Achieve 100% of the sales plan through disciplined monthly sales prospecting, diligent follow-up on generated orders, and maintaining the current client base, all while adhering to JCI norms and procedures.
