The position requires supervising of a semi-skilled and unskilled inmate labor work force to assist with the completion of tasks.
The Division of Engineering, Construction, and Maintenance (DECM) supports new construction, renovation, and maintenance repairs to the agency’s physical plant while ensuring compliance with the NCDOA State Construction Office.

Key Requirements
