Key Requirements

• 3 years of leadership experience or 7+ years in warehouse leadership
• Bachelor degree in business, logistics or supply chain
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
• Skilled with wireless devices and hand-held scanners
• Ability to work in high dust and noise
• Ability to tolerate high heat, humidity and cooler temperatures
• Ability to stand, walk and sit throughout the shift
