The IT Support II role provides field personnel with the necessary tools to drive operations while protecting the integrity and security of Motion's IT infrastructure and environment.
This role leverages a more advanced skill set and proprietary institutional knowledge to take ownership of the ticketing, second-level diagnosis, communication, escalation, follow-up, and resolution of more complex, multi-layered IT issues.
