The position offers the opportunity to work in a newly expanded, state-of-the-art 24-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center.
Nurses will manage diverse critical conditions such as ECMO, organ transplants, and neurosurgical cases with ideal staffing ratios of 1:1 or 1:2.
The role includes eligibility for a sign-on bonus and access to the Clinical Nurse Credentialing Pathway for professional advancement.

Salary
Base: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour; Bonus: Sign-on bonus eligible based on eligibility; Benefits: Comprehensive suite including health, retirement, and paid time off
