Job Summary
Communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house while making sure that food is cooked in correct order, efficiently and presented correctly to guest.
Follows assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation, and ensures that proper food temperatures are maintained, and items are accurately delivered.
Responsible for safety standards, neatness and sanitation of work areas, and maintains cleanliness of kitchen including shelves, walls, floors and drains.
