  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including processing employment documentation and managing payroll and employee benefit programs.
  • Organize and conduct in-service education programs for all facility staff, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to assure competency and new skills.
  • Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.
