Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field
Direct experience in financial services or risk/control functions highly desirable
Proven experience shaping end‑to‑end solutions for MetricStream (M7) or similar GRC platforms
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
