This senior role is responsible for driving regional growth, ensuring service excellence, managing key client relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, and other ASEAN countries.
The ASEAN Lead provides leadership, coaching, and development for regional team members and country leads, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
