We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer with experience in managing different aspects of a construction project, including schedule & resource planning, cost maximization, project documentation, HSEQ compliance and vendor management; and who holds a passion for working outdoors. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients on project work schedule and activities, plan detailed instructions on daily project activities, and monitor progress to ensure activities are executed as per project specifications. Leading a team of site crew, you will be responsible for ensuring good QA/QC standards on site and understanding the geotechnical aspects of the project e.g. Soil Condition, CPT etc so as to identify risk to project and to take steps for risk mitigation. To be successful as a Site Engineer, you should demonstrate strong analytical thinking and be able to have prompt, open and direct communications with site personnel to achieve project expectations including safety and quality standards. Outstanding candidates should display accountability, commitment, proactiveness and have a keen sense of cost consciousness to maximize value for the Company. Think you’ve got what it takes?
