Job Summary
This role requires shifting the Trust & Safety function from a reactive, fire-fighting posture to a proactive, intelligence-driven function with scalable infrastructure.
The successful candidate will own the product roadmap for fraud detection, prevention, and remediation systems including the Risk Engine and anomaly detection tools.
Compensation packages include base salary ranging from $240,000 to $300,000 USD plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Deep domain expertise in fraud and trust & safety
Experience building T&S systems at consumer-facing marketplaces
Ability to balance fraud mitigation with growth protection
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across Ops and Engineering
High proficiency in SQL for investigating contributor behavior
Nice-to-have
Experience with global/international contributor populations
Understanding of AI-enabled fraud vectors
Background in gig-economy platforms specifically
Experience rebuilding T&S functions from scratch
Knowledge of adversarial behavior evolution in AI
Key Requirements
8–12 years of Product Management experience
3–4 years leading Trust & Safety or Fraud teams
Bachelor's or advanced degree in quantitative/engineering field
Proven track record in marketplace or gig-economy fraud
