Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Associate Degree with 2+ years HVAC experience
  • High School Diploma with 4+ years HVAC experience
  • Experience designing building automation systems
  • Knowledge of Automated Logic software suites
  • Ability to climb ladders over 8 feet high

Nice-to-have

  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Experience with third-party communication protocols like BACnet
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise IP networks
  • Ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio or similar diagramming tools
